Farouk Gani Attorneys Inc is a boutique law firm with Saadia Gani as its director. The practice was started in 1977 by her father Mr.Farouk Gani who ran the practice mainly engaging in litigation and estates.
In June 2005 Ms. Gani joined the practice and introduced her own branch office engaging in conveyancing and property related transactions.
The practice evolved to specialize in conveyancing and estates and in January 2006 established a head office in Polokwane. The Pretoria office is used to facilitate lodgements and registrations at the Pretoria Deeds Office under the firm’s own lodgment and execution facilities at the Deeds Office.
The practice strives as a team on strict ethical standards and excellent service to deliver the most efficient service to its client by expediting the registration of transfer process and by minimizing any delays and inconvenience to its clients.
